About Me

My experience working in a medical setting, as well as personal chronic health issues and experience as a mother contribute to my passion for this work and deep empathy for my clients.

I work from a psychodynamic and relational orientation, with a trauma informed and social justice lens.

I am warm, engaged and sometimes playful. You can count on me to be a safe, empathetic witness who listens deeply and holds space for difficult feelings; this often illuminates and moves unconscious and stuck symptoms.

Our work will be a collaborative process in which I provide thoughtful reflections about patterns and blind spots. We may also explore what comes up in the room between us, as this leads to shifts internally and in your outside relationships.

I believe that we are oriented toward wholeness and healing; therapy can be a powerful part of this process.

I bring years of mindfulness, creative and somatic practices to my work and we will work together to find practical ways to develop the skills you need to thrive.

I work with an anti-racist framework. Depending on your needs, we may explore intersectional aspects of both privilege and oppression.
